Immediately take the bunnies to a wildlife rescue place or even to a vet. I used to volunteer at a rescue center and many baby bunnies would come in and we would have to feed them with a bottle. Their moms get killed by cars or wild animals and the bunnies need the mamas to lay on them and keep them warm and they need milk or they will die. The good thing is that if they save the babies they will bring them back to your yard as healthy teens. At least where I worked we released them at the same place where they were found so they could find their relatives again.

Hope this isnt coming too late. Try kitten milk replacement. You can get it at pet stores and give from a teeny bottle. Keep the bunny in the house and keep the bunny very very warm. If it is too late it could be they caught a wild bunny virus or were just too young to be away from the mama. Ohhh. This is so sad. Im so sorry.
I vote for the emergency vet/wildlife management folks; they have the expertise and time for hand-feeding and caring for the little ones. Good luck with them, bunny whisperer.
